Trescal acquires SFINT in France

Trescal, the international specialist in calibration services, announces the acquisition of SFINT, specialising in temperature measurement.

Founded in 1972 and based in Marolles en Brie (France), SFINT employs 32 people with a sales turnover of 4 million Euros in 2017. The company provides in-house COFRAC accredited calibration services.

SFINT also manufactures a wide range of temperature sensors and probes (thermocouples). The General Manager, Olivier Garçon, will remain in his current position to pursue the development of thecompany within Trescal Group.

“It is a great pleasure to welcome SFINT and their employees within the Trescal Group. It allows us to strengthen our skills in temperature, and to provide an extensive offer of probes and thermocouples to our customers,” says François Moïse, deputy general manager Trescal SA.

This is the 32nd and the last acquisition carried out with the support of the main shareholder Ardian.
