Trescal has acquired MetricControl, a RvA accredited calibration laboratory based in Hengelo (The Netherlands).
Formerly known as NMi Inspection and Calibration, Metric Control employs 35 people and provides in-house and on-site calibration services. The company is RVA accredited and has skills in the following domains: Electrical,Time Frequency, Dimensional, Mass (Scales), Pressure and Torque. Its sales reached € 3,5 million in 2017.
The CEO, Jaap Hemmes, will remain in his current position to pursue the development and the integration of the company within Trescal Group.

This is the second acquisition carried out with the support of the main shareholder OMERS.
