At the extraordinary general meeting on 16 September 2019, the shareholders of Kistler Holding AG elected two new members to the Board of Directors: Stefan Scheiber, CEO of the Bühler Group, and Matthias Altendorf, CEO of the Endress+Hauser Group. These two CEOs of successful family companies that operate internationally will bring many years of professional experience to the Kistler Group, as well as extensive industry knowledge, market expertise and technological know-how.
The appointment of these two additional members of the Board of Directors strengthens the Kistler Group’s strategic orientation. Valentin Vogt, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Rolf Sonderegger, CEO of the Kistler Group, comment: “Kistler has achieved enormous growth in the last few decades: from our origins in Switzerland, we have evolved into a global enterprise with more than 2,000 employees. We are now about to take two major steps that will enable us to continue growing: one is the digitalisation of our company, and the other is the transformation of our corporate culture. In Stefan Scheiber and Matthias Altendorf, we now have two more experts on board who will contribute their knowledge and experience to strengthen and support us as we implement our strategy.”
Experienced figures from family-managed companies
