Product range A120 – Isolation 1200 VDC – 1000 V CAT II, 600V CAT II

For use in the fields of electric vehicles and power engineering and testing of electrical appliances Ganter Instruments offers the Q.series modules A123, A124, A127 and A128. All modules have angalvanic isolation channel to channel and to supply and on the interface of 1200 VDC.

The module A123 provides 4 voltage inputs with ranges of ± 100 mV to ± 10 V. It is well suited for the measurement of individual cells in battery stacks.
The module A124 is equipped with 4 inputs for thermocouples and can be used well for measurements with non-insulated thermocouples.
The module A127 has 2 voltage inputs with measuring ranges of ± 100 mV to ± 10 V for measuring high currents via shunt or Hall sensor and 2 voltage inputs with measuring ranges of ± 40 V to ± 1200 V with a sampling rate of 100 kHz per channel it is excellent for quick efficiency calculation directly in the module.
The module A128 has 4 voltage inputs with measuring ranges of ± 40 V to ± 1200 V, 100 kHz / channel. Areas of application can be found in the fields of e-mobility, the testing of electrical appliances as well as the monitoring of network quality.

With these modules, voltages, currents and temperatures to be measured at a high voltage potential. Due to their properties, the Q.series modules are also suitable for applications in the energy field. Thanks to its compact design, the metrological characteristics of a measuring rate of up to 100 kHz and the values ??calculated in the module (RMS values, power, efficiency), they are an attractive alternative. For example, measurement and calculation of 3-phase and measuring the DC signals from the inverter with only two modules A127.

The high-voltage modules are available in different versions: as Q.bloxx for DIN rail installation as Q.brixx the portable system and in the range Q.bloxx EC.
Leading manufacturers and testing institutes use solutions based on Q.series. Especially convincing the good decoupling of the channels, the noise immunity and the high quality of the measurement results.
