Open day at the National Space Centre

Metrology is pleased to invite it’s customers to a Metrology Open Day at the National Space Centre in Leicester on Wednesday 25th June (10am – 4pm).
 
Taylor Hobson instruments at the show include:
 
Surtronic S-Series – workshop surface roughness. Surface Roughness Ra, Rz, Rt, Rp, Rv and many more. With ruggedised touch screen, long life batteries and USB connectivity, the Surtronic S100 is robust enough for the shop floor and flexible enough for any inspection rooms.
 
Form Talysurf Intra – precision solutions for surface finish and form. Roughness, waviness, form, contour. With a full millimetre of range, wide selection of interchangeable styli and patented calibration routine, the Taylor Hobson Intra is ideal for almost all high precision applications.
 
Surtronic R-Series – high speed roundness systems. Roundness, form, eccentricity, concentricity. The NEW Surtronic-R Series is a high speed measurement station which is robust enough for shop floor but accurate enough for any inspection room.
 
Wireless Talyvel 6 Electronic Level – measurement of angle, level, flatness and straightness. Angle, level, flatness, parallelism, straightness, squareness. This compact, highly stable pendulum system provides rapid and simple reading of angle of tilt and measurement relative to gravity. The Talyvel 6 now interfaces directly to dedicated touchscreen software.
 
Attendance of the Open Day includes free entry to the Space Centre which comprises six differently themed interactive galleries (visit www.spacecentre.co.uk for full venue details). We also have tickets for shows in the UKs largest planetarium on a first-come-first-served basis.
