Quantitech has announced that the Gasmet APP is now available free on both iOS and Android Smartphones, providing anyone with an interest in gas monitoring with quick and easy access to an enormous volume of highly useful information.
The APP provides a library of information on 500+ compounds with IR spectra, chemical formula, molecular weight, boiling point etc. for each gas. There are also tools for Dew Point calculation, a ‘Combustion Calculator’ for estimating oxygen levels for different fuels, and a Unit Conversion tool is available for almost any compound, providing mg/m3 to ppm and vice versa, at zero or 20 DegC.
Quantitech says the APP will be a useful tool for anyone involved with emissions monitoring, regardless of which analyser they are using.
