New versions of ifm electronic’s successful magflow meters
Heralded as one of the best products of the last few years for both accuracy and value, the SM range of magflow meters from ifm electronic is now available with IO-Link, giving the user remote access to parameters for recipe changes as well as all the process data over a single connection.
Peak consumption, present consumption or accumulated consumption can be accessed and adjusted via programmed switch and alarm level settings – all at the touch of a button. All SM versions measure temperature as well as flow rates up to 600 l/m, and can indicate if the pipe is empty.
Wetted parts are manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, hastelloy and PEEK, with O-rings in either EPDM or FKM. Uses of the SM range from coolants to energy management and food industry and many more besides.
