Lattice Semiconductor appoints Terese Kemble as corporate VP, HR

Lattice Semiconductor has announced the appointment of Terese Kemble as the company’s corporate vice president, Human Resources.

“We’re honored to have Terese Kemble join the Lattice executive team,” said Jim Anderson, president and chief executive officer, Lattice Semiconductor. “As we continue to execute against our mission to be the leading provider of low power FPGAs, Terese’s long experience in leading HR teams at technology companies will help ensure we find, develop and retain the top talent we need to be successful.”

Ms. Kemble said, “I am thrilled to be a part of Lattice’s leadership team and look forward to helping the company with its greatest asset, its people. Lattice is set to do amazing things in the semiconductor market, so it’s an exciting time to join the company.”

Prior to joining Lattice, Ms. Kemble was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with Juniper Networks. Terese also previously served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and CHRO at Lam Research Corporation, Vice President of Human Resources at TE Connectivity, and held various HR roles at Applied Materials.

Ms. Kemble holds an MBA and a BS in Psychology, both from Santa Clara University. She is also a Certified Coach and Certified Compensation Professional.
