Join experts in 3D imaging for education technology day this February

On February 25th, Multipix Imaging will be joined by leading 3D Machine Vision experts for an education technology day taking place at the Heritage Motor Museum.

At the event, which is free to attend, visitors can gain in-depth advice on a variety of 3D data acquisition, data processing and analysis methods. The focus is set on applications in classic fields such as robotics and automation, including bin picking, item identification and volume measurement.

Experts will outline and compare various 3D image acquisition procedures and their effectiveness as well as discussing the latest trends and developments in processing the data through powerful HALCON Imaging Processing Software.

A variety of best practice examples will also be used, including an in-depth presentation on the Ensenso N10 stereo camera and its ‘Projected Texture Stereo Vision’ methods which can even capture untextured surfaces which are usually ‘immune’ to stereo imaging techniques.

In addition, participants will have the opportunity to discuss their own applications experts and get hands-on advice. It’s a FREE event, lunch included, guaranteed to open your eyes to the possibilities 3D Vision can bring.
