Our data loggers are calibrated and certified using UKAS certified advanced calibrating equipment. The calibration process is followed by a system management test, full inspection and general maintenance:

COMPONENT CONFORMANCE CERTIFICATES
Hydraulic & Pneumatic components can be tested & issued with a conformance certificate for pressure, temperature and sealing integrity. Tests can be carried out on oil up to 1200 bar or with air up to 200 bar.

COMPONENT CLEANLINESS ANALYSIS SERVICE
We can analyse a wide range of components in house for cleanliness analysis using microscope patch test and gravimetric testing to with a full report including debris analysis. Oil sampling test kits can be supplied with minimess test points, all necessary adaptors & microbore hoses ,supplied with a pre-paid sample bottle and report card with address to forward the sample to the laboratory. Certificates are then supplied showing all results to the latest ISO standards relating to the fluid tested or as per specific requests.
