This eliminates the need for the additional cost of a barrier, cabinet space, a high integrity clean ground connection, separate power supply or custom vendor back-plane – dramatically reducing the cost of purchase, installation and long-term maintenance. The THZ3-DIN and STZ-DIN with the -AIS Option are suitable for installation in Non-Hazardous or Class I Division 2/Zone 2 areas with direct connection to temperature sensors located in Class I Div 1/Zone 0/1 locations.
