Well done to Nicole Lowe, Powelectrics’ Customer Relations Manager, who has just completed a course on Project Management at Staffordshire University as part of her continuous professional development!
Nicole has been part of the Powelectrics Team for over ten years. Her role involves the coordination of ordering, production, installation and support of IIoT solutions to ensure the very best overall experience for the company’s customers! This new qualification is helping her to expand her role to manage complex IIoT projects.
The course covered technical and behavioural competencies to help Nicole with leadership, decision-making and problem-solving when planning and delivering a digital transformation project.
Nicole told us: “I was a teenager when I started at Powelectrics, so you could say I’ve grown up here! I’ve certainly learnt a lot, speaking to customers every day and getting involved in all aspects of the business!
