Our high-pressure Oval Wheel Flowmeters are suitable for a variety of industrial applications where high pressure flow monitoring and control is required; typically used on chemical injection skids in the Oil and Gas industry. With pressures up to 400 BAR, and flow rates up to 40 LPM (2400 LPH), our type DON flowmeters are manufactured to a very high standard at our Hofheim factory in Germany, providing high accuracy and reliable service.
Typically, the usage is on Floating Production, Storage and Offloading Units (FPSO’s); designed to receive hydrocarbons produced from nearby platforms, process them, and store oil until offloading and transporting for injection into the well-heads; similar factory based processing applications are also common.
Improved chemical dosing accuracy maximises efficiency and minimises chemical usage. Accurate and reliable flow measurement of corrosion inhibitors ensures optimal treatment.
