BSRIA appoints new Worldwide Market Intelligence business manager

BSRIA is delighted to announce the appointment of Anette Meyer-Holley as its new Business Manager of Worldwide Market Intelligence (WMI) at BSRIA, effective from Monday 1st October 2018. 

Anette is known within the industry and with BSRIA members since she was most recently Manager VAC&R & Private Client within the WMI Department.

Anette joined the WMI Department in 1994 after having worked in research on both the agency and client side and been a commercial officer with the Danish Embassy in London. For the past 20 years, she has developed a global expertise on HVAC and refrigeration markets, working with many of the leading companies in the field.

In her time at BSRIA, Anette has written many articles, reports and papers: she has also presented on a myriad of worldwide VAC&R topics at conferences and seminars around the world.

She was born and brought up just outside Copenhagen and has a BA in Economics and Business Studies from Copenhagen Business School.

Anette’s appointment comes after the announcement that BSRIA’s most recent WMI Business Manager, Krystyna Dawson, who was in post from January 2017, was promoted internally to BSRIA’s newly-created role of Commercial Director, effective Monday 3rd September 2018.

Krystyna said: “For over 20 years Anette has been a driving force within the WMI department and has a deep level of knowledge for the industry and our business. She has a strong vision for the future of WMI services that are in the process of change in view of the quickly evolving market environment and challenges that industry stakeholders face there. Anette’s great leadership skills, devotion to high quality work as well as enthusiasm and a creative approach will support her on the path of further development.

“With Anette’s specific, extensive global VAC&R background, she can bring to the table key industry intelligence and foresight which highlight’s BSRIA’s commitment to global sustainable built environment experience and research.

“I am very pleased to be handing the baton over to my great colleague.”
