Bronkhorst UK, How our experience can help you.

What is Bronkhorst UK? If you have never come across Bronkhorst UK, firstly, we are pleased to meet you; secondly, we are a Daughter company of Bronkhorst High-Tech B.V. a Dutch company from Ruurlo in the South East of the Netherlands.

What do we do? Bronkhorst are the leading innovator and supplier of Mass Flow Meter and Control instruments for gases and liquids in Europe, continuously developing new solutions within our extensive R&D department to meet the current and future needs of our customers.

What have we done? 750,000 instruments installed globally, 36 years of experience in Mass Flow and Pressure, 420 worldwide employees covering 10 Daughter companies, 20 full trained Global Service Offices and further representatives in >30 countries and 20% of our employees active in R&D and development.

3 simple words are commonly used to describe the value that the facts in the previous paragraph bring to you, the customer. Innovation, Experience and Responsibility.

Experience

By making precision our profession, we have been viewed as experts within laboratories, machine-building and many other industries for more than 35 years. We are the market leader in Europe and one of the top 5 companies in our field globally.

Innovation

At Bronkhorst we continually take a market-driven approach in developing and improving products. This results in both standard products and customer specific solutions which find their way into a wide variety of high-performance applications in numerous sectors.

Responsibility

We consider ourselves responsible for the level of quality we deliver, the people we work with and the world in which we operate. Because that sense of responsibility is deeply rooted in our DNA, our customers, suppliers, employees and the whole of society can always rely on Bronkhorst.

These 3 pillars of the business are foundations on which we build our offering to ensure that we can help you achieve your own personal and professional goals.

Our Experience is open source; we have training facilities in the UK and at our manufacturing headquarters in Ruurlo, The Netherlands.

Once we have shared our knowledge with you it is time to discuss your application challenges and objectives, then you can rely on our Innovation and bespoke design capability to exceed your expectations.

It is our Responsibility to share with you the experience and knowledge gained from 36 years of designing and delivering Mass Flow solutions. We take these ideals very seriously and ask you to challenge us with a low flow fluidic solution requirement.

What is next? We are working with new technology to make sure that we are ready to react when the time comes to integrate our manufacturing and design processes. We are collaborating with companies using 3-D metal printers to develop new ways to get a product to market. In preparation for the next wave of internet automation, the Internet 4.0 or the Internet of Things, we are investigating new ways to allow people to select and define their instrument requirements on-line.

Trialing new technology now means that we will be ready to extract maximum value from its implementation; our IT engineers are working with the Microsoft Halo lens, allowing them to virtually interact with the components inside a Thermal Mass Flow Instrument and visualize the flow path of the fluid through a new sensor design or component.

Looking forward with the pace of development that we see in the technological world and the implementation of new technologies then we can envisage a time when an on-line order is sent directly to a 3-D Printer and printed overnight for calibration and delivery the next day.

How do we position ourselves to be ready for the future, firstly we have to understand that change is going to happen, it is going to happen if you are ready or not, then we have to ensure that we are working in advance of the implementation curve. Correct utilization and application of technological advances will ensure that we can continue to deliver Experience, Innovation and Responsibility to our partners now and in the future.

What Industries do we serve? We have huge variety of customers, sometimes we talk about the commonality of coming into contact with products that have at some point in their production come into contact with Bronkhorst. We serve the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Automotive, Space, Academic, Fuel Cell, Oil & Gas, Industrial System Builder and Integrator markets. Our involvement in the Semi-Conductor industry has included investment in change management processes, and ISO Class 6 clean room and exact copy process.

What next? Another 15 years working with Industrial and Academic partners across the UK to deliver Experience, Innovation and Responsibility. Our mutual goal to achieve efficiency and excellence in all that we do.

If you do have a Gas, Liquid or Pressure metering, controlling or dosing application then we look forward to answering your challenge.
